I’m no stranger to violence or monsters. As a hunter, I almost died twice before I was twenty, and my life’s prepared me for facing death in the most grisly of ways. The only reason my sister’s fate has been spared from supernatural harm is because I’ve bound myself to the darkest of the fae in the Iron Kingdom to protect her.

But it’s not enough. The Shadow Court says she knows too much. And knowing too much about the fae can be a death sentence.
